General Information
¨ We operate on a ‘First come First served’ basis. Once we have received your non-refundable deposit of £100.00 the booking is confirmed and a receipt provided.
¨ We have full public liability insurance up to the value of 10 million pounds with the NFU. This will satisfy all venues insurance requirements.
¨ We reserve the right to cancel a booking at anytime due to severe weather e.g. ice, snow, or heat. The safety of our horses and passengers is paramount and we will NOT put anyone at risk.
¨ The location and route for the horses and carriage are agreed at the time of booking, any changes need to be identified and discussed.
¨ We need to be aware of any steep hills on the journey and reserve the right to alter the route or advise if not practical for the horses and carriage to negotiate the hill.
¨ Children in the carriage to be accompanied by an adult at all times.
¨ We have a strict no smoking policy in the carriage.
¨ The maximum distance we are willing to travel is 5 miles in total. i.e. from house to church to reception.
¨ A complementary bottle of bubbly is provided for the bride and groom on route to the reception. If you are having a civil ceremony at the same location as your reception then we would advise a short drive to enjoy your bubbly together before returning to your guests.
¨ We take pride in offering a truly professional service, you are welcome to meet the horses and view the carriage, just let us know when you are arriving.
